From an idea
to a confirmed journey.
An enquiry does not create a booking or take payment. We first discuss the trip and provide a written proposal. The confirmed itinerary, invoice, booking-specific conditions and applicable booking terms set out what is agreed.
Dates, prices & inclusions.
Advertised 2027 prices start at €3,500 per person sharing in the base room category, with an advertised upgraded room category at €3,900 per person sharing. Room availability, occupancy, supplements and the final included services are confirmed in writing.
International flights, golf carts and travel insurance are excluded from the advertised land-only price unless expressly stated otherwise. Meals, drinks and optional activities are included only where your booking documents say so.
Payment & changes.
Your written payment schedule and booking terms explain the confirmation process, payment dates, cancellation conditions and how changes are handled. Ask for clarification before paying if any part of the proposal is unclear.
Read the booking terms.
Ask us for the current 2027 trip terms before booking. Read them together with your itinerary, invoice and any written booking-specific agreement. The current document is Version 2, dated 30 August 2026.
Travel insurance.
The booking terms require suitable comprehensive travel insurance covering your individual circumstances and intended activities. Check cover with your chosen insurer before you commit to the trip.
